Неплохая почта. Работают быстро, в очереди долго торчать не нужно. Всегда сотрудников человек 5 есть, как минимум 2 окна работают. И главное не злые, адекватные девочки)

Почтовое отделение работает отвратительно. Вот у же неделю лежит заказное письмо, они так его и не доставили. Врут постоянно. Один отвечает что у них нет договора с этой организацией, другой ссылается что это яко бы посылка (вес 20гр), третья совсем посылает неизвестно куда.

Ужасное обслуживание. Мало того когда звонишь трубку не берут. Так недавно прислали утром смс с трек-номером что якобы посылка моя пришла, я пошла на след.день получать ее а в ответ мне ответили они пришли вечером мы ещё из не разобрали. Так берите трубку когда вам звонят.

Приходила 21.10 в отделение за посылкой по сайту Почты оно находится там с 05.10.17 мне сказали что ее отправили на досыл из за неправильного индекса, на то что посылка отслеживается в этом отделении ответила что программа просто зависла.Задала вопрос почему программа не отвисает с 5го октября ответила "не знаю, проходите следующий" В моем отделении данной посылки так же не обнаружили и сказали ждите когда обновится информация по треку на сайте. информация так и не обновилась спустя неделю. Обратилась на горячую линию они сказали позвонить ещё раз в это отделение и приняли отзыв о некорректной работе сотрудников. Позвонив в отделение и дозвонившись еле еле с 10 раза мне ответили что эта посылка у них и с таким номером они на досыл не отправляют. Какого хрена я должна тратить нервы время и деньги чтобы ездить туда сюда за своей посылкой если сотруднику(заведующей отделением) лень поднять свой зад и пройти нормально посмотреть! Как вы работаете вообще и что за хамское отношение?
