ПОДМЕНИЛИ СОДЕРЖИМОЕ ПОСЫЛКИ, представляете???? Сервис ниже плинтуса. С этого отделения почты на Кусимова мне отправили посылку на крайний Север, посылку получила через неделю, открываю - И ШОК! Лежат старые советские книги (добавили, чтобы вес сохранился тот же, что и при контрольном взвешивании), даже новую тушь для ресниц поменяли на старую использованную! ХУЖЕ ОТДЕЛЕНИЯ НЕ НАЙТИ! Мой совет: перед отправлением посылки, проверяйте, чтобы все запечатали перед вами.

Очень удивлён столь низкой средней оценке почтового отделения, ибо в большинстве случаев время ожидания и получения мной посылки не превышает пары минут. Персонал всегда вежлив и крайне расторопен. Подозреваю, что проблема очередей и, в некоторых моментах, работы сотрудников зависит не от них самих, а от безграмотных и скандальных посетителей, что можно судить по отзывам, да и в целом наблюдая за ними при посещении отделения. От себя могу отметить клиентоориентированность сотрудников отделения. Желаю им побольше терпения при работе с людьми, спасибо.

Если нет трек-номера посылки будьте готовы, что вам скажут, что ее нет. Уже не первый раз это замечаю. Куда они исчезают, не понятно!????

Работать не хотят, мы выписали газету "Аргументы и факты" для родителей (80 лет), одно время получали в Союзпечати, пока она была, а теперь вынуждены оформлять подписку на почте, газета выходит в среду, в лучшем случае приносят в четверг поздно вечером, а так в понедельник на следующей неделе. Последний месяц забирали сами на почте, в эту пятницу и на почте не отдали, сказали: газета у почтальона, решили написать жалобу, но книгу жалоб не дали, жалобу приняли на листе бумаги А4, без какой-либо регистрации. И сказали ждите в течение 30 дней ответ, про 10 дней из закона О защите прав потребителей ничего не хотят слышать. А газету принесли вечером в понедельник. Вот такие новости, телепрограмма с отсрочкой на 5 дней.

Получил посылку 8 декабря 2017. Извещение принесли 18 декабря 2017. Как они работают ? Получается даже не отмечают получена посылка или нет ?
