Не приносят извещения о посылках. Если ты не делал заказ сам, и не знаешь трек-код, ты никогда не узнаешь, что тебе пришла посылка. Врут, что извещение было вручено под подпись. Сталкивалась с этим уже два раза. Дозвониться невозможно: один телефон все время занят, на втором не берут трубку.

Это ужас какой-то! Часовые очереди, к персонала компьютеры постоянно тормозят и зависают, люди работать не могут. Из почты сделали магазин - продукты, салфетки, игрушки. Как 20 лет назад работало все через одно место - так и до сих пор. Подайте уже коллективную жалобу!
