Ужасная почта...Про персонал вообще молчу.. Позвонили вчера и сказали что моя посылка лежит у них и сегодня они будут её отправлять, хотя извещения мне даже не приносили...! Позвонила им и попросила посылку придержать ещё один день, в итоге на меня на орали и бросили трубку, это что за отношение? Это разве моя вина что вы не принесли во время извещение ? Точнее вы его вообще не принесли! Был случай вот недавно, принесли мне извещение и я пошла на почту, а там мне говорят что посылку отправили обратно в Китай...так вот позавчера мне мою посылку кинули в ящик, спустя 2 недели...Это как понимать ? То вы якобы отправили посылку, потом приносите в ящик...То звоните и говорите ваша посылка завтра отправится на почту, хотя никакого извещения не было!!!!!!!!

Кошмар а не почта,перешли туда теперь по месту прописки получаю пенсию. Хуже места нет,не почта,а супермаркет. А персонал то и гляди заснет и комп будто первый раз видят. Убогое место.

Откровенно не понимаю почему столько плохих отзывов про 63-е отделение? Всю жизнь живу в этом районе, и хожу на почту довольно часто. Знаете, с каждым годом отношения к людям там все лучше и лучше. И работа персонала все качественнее и приветливее. Напрягают сами посетители которые прискакивают утром и пытаются влезть без очереди, причем не многоуважаемые пенсионеры (они то как раз следят за порядком), а товарищи от 20 до 45 лет, считающие, что им все должны и они больше других знают. Может стоит быть друг к другу чуточку терпимее? Выражаю глубокое уважение стойкости персонала отделения. Спасибо, что вы есть!)))

Постоянно очередя, забрать посылку целая история. Нужно ждать минут по 30, а если еще кто то отправляет и того больше. Работают до 6 это бред. Почта россии самое худшее, что можно придумать в сфере услуг
