После ремонта прям хорошее отделение стало. Электронная очередь( не всегда правда работает), порядок ( за исключением не чищенных от снега ступенек до дороги). Мелочи во всех отделениях есть, но это результат зп сотрудников и сколько на них обязанностей свалили так что я доволен сейчас, раньше намного хуже было. Сейчас хоть улыбаются.

Взял талон по вопросам гос.услуг, просидел час. Как только подошёл к окошку с моим номером из талона, так мне сразу начали хамить и кричать изо всех окон аж три работника, что по гос.услугам почта не оказывает услуг! Вместо того, чтобы вежливо сказать или повесить объявление, чтобы клиенты почты не теряли времени, работники предпочитают орать на весь зал, ужасное отделение! Уберите данный пункт из терминала раз не оказываете данных услуг!

Почтовое отделение номер 34, на Металлургов 46 приятное в обслуживании. Всегда вежливый персонал и даже при наличии очереди, стараются быстро обслужить и если нужно, уделяют внимание каждому клиенту. Посылки отправляют быстро, при получении, тоже обслуживают быстро. Спасибо всем сотрудникам, работающим в этом почтовом отделении 34. Всем рекомендую именно это почтовое отделение.
