Пришёл на почту за посылкой 10.12.2020, а она оказывается уже выдана 06.12.2020. Это как понимать??? Если выдаётся она только с предъявлением паспорта и лично в руки, следовательно её потеряли либо украли. Никакого доверия нет теперь это не почта России, это шарашкина контора.

Ужасное обслуживание. В наш район почту вообще не доставляют, даже извещения не доносят. Постоянно поподаю в истории из-за этой почты. Был случай :должна была получить письмо из суда, в итоге извещения не прислали, приходила на почту, т.к. знала, что письмо должно прийти и мне говорили, что ничего нет. Через неделю прихожу, а они заявляют, что обратно его отправили, из-за того, что не забирали долго. И это как? А в другой раз вообще письмо потеряли, потом его нашли и снова потеряли. Просто отвратительно, если была бы возможность перешла бы в другое почтовое отделение

Постоянные очереди от 5 до 10 человек, низкая скорость обслуживания, низкая компетенция, приходится стоять по 1 часу, бывает и по 1,5 часа, обслуживающий персонал жалуется на зависающие компьютеры, не обоснованные отказы на отправку бандеролей, долго ищут посылку, перебирают все полки, нету системы или бардак...
