Единственное отделение в городе, где понравилось общаться с персоналом. Специалисты знают свою работу и качественно её выполняют.

Потеряла время и деньги из-за этого почтового отделения! Заказывала товары на Али, все пришло, 30 дней пролежало на почте и ушло обратно в Китай. Где извещение ??!! За 30 дней могли уж соизволить скинуть в почтовый ящик хотя бы одно!!

Ужасное отношение к людям. Зашла получить перевод ,налетели как собаки, с криками. Типо, ваш перевод уже отправлен обратно,как обратно если я квиток достала из ящика неделю назад. Раньше все денежные переводы носили под роспись, сейчас я так понимаю они лежат на почте ,через месяц принесли ,когда уже перевод отправлен,работать не нужно ,клиентов нет, да еще и обругали на чем свет стоит......Он у вас в ящике лежал 2 мес говорят,смешно. Я сидела без работы ,так его ждала ,мне на эти деньги можно купить хоть какую то часть жизненно необходимых таблеток. Я за последние 5 лет пользовалась почтой 3 раза и больше в это отделения я никогда не пойду. А как громко звучит ПОЧТА-РОССИИ!!!!!!

Операторы компитенты ,помогут . Заходила забирать посылки из Китая ,самое большое стояла 10 минут . Когда народу стало много,вышла , наверное, начальница,и разгрузила очередь. Да и отделение стало намного приятнее ,чем было) Почтальон добросовестно носит корреспонденцию, спасибо Екатерине Борисовне ! Были те ,кто возмущался ,мол как так не отдаёте посылку из Китая ,она должна прийти... На что оператор без конфликта,ответила ,что он не отслеживается. И хочу сказать,да ребятки,если вы заказываете дешманскую фигню ,готовьтесь подождать,или платите доставку!Как не зайдешь ,через раз достают работников почты... Имейте уважение к оператору,она ничего не решает))
