Ремонт сделали, а отношение сотрудников почты к людям, так и не поменялось... Вечно недовольные лица, грубость и нежелание качественно выполнять свои обязанности. Руководство отделения, обратите уже внимание на работу Вашего персонала!!!

Отвратительное почтовое отделение! Послала посылку из города Кемерово 23.12.2019. У адресата за то время, что посылка находилась в пути, случился инсульт. Её сын приходил с доверенностью, написанной собственноручно адресатом, но посылку так и не выдали. 18.01.2020 написала на почтамте Кемерово заявление на смену адресата (на имя сына), мне сказали, что 18 же адресат в почтовом отделении 95 будет изменён. 20.01.2020 сын пошёл получать, но ничего не поменяли! В итоге срок хранения посылки до 23.01.2020, а затем её отправят мне в Кемерово. Цензурных слов нет.

Сделали ремонт(или деньги отмыли),установили электронную очередь(или деньги отмыли),год работало как надо и всё. Теперь электронная очередь не работает,народу море и все орут кто за кем занимал короче вернулась в прошлое.

Я довольна обслуживанием. Особенно тем, что в отделении теперь есть электронная очередь-лишнее ожидание сводится к нулю, особенно в Часы пик и дни выдачи пенсий и оплаты бабушками коммунальных услуг. Персонал, несмотря на то, что иногда очень вымотанный( а с клиентами почты не соскучишься) всегда доброжелательный
