Очень часто хожу отправлять посылки и заказные письма. Каждый раз все по-разному. Один раз приходишь и через 5 минут уже можно уйти. Другой раз будешь стоять там до самого посинения, так как при работе 2 окон, очередь никак не двигается. А вот в последний раз меня очень удивили. Отправляю заказное письмо, а меня и спрашивают, марки сами клеить будете (это бесплатно) или я, т.е. оператор, но это будет платно. Раньше не было такой услуги, а сейчас есть, было очень странно. В отделении очень мало стульев, приходят пожилые люди, им даже присесть нельзя, так как уже все пару стульев заняты.

Навели порядок в этом отделении.Работают быстро,минут 5-15 тратишь время ,в зависимости от времени суток.А с введением электронной подписи вообще красота,никаких бланков заполнять не нужно!!!

Недавно переехали в октябрьский район,до этого жили в Кировском-очереди,конечно,тоже были и в 106, и в 98 отделениях,но никогда не возникало проблем с отправкой посылок наложенным платежом. Тут же отправляла сегодня второй раз и второй раз подарила чужому человеку деньги: первый раз 30 рублей (оператор ответила,что подгонять сумму ей некогда), второй раз 40 рублей (оператор сказала,что впервые отправляет наложенным платежом и не совсем разбирается в тонкостях подсчёта). Я часто отправляю посылки и что теперь мне всегда дарить по 30-40 рублей с каждой посылки??? похоже,единственный плюс в этом отделении-это то,что степлером прикрепляют чеки к квитанциям по квартплате.....
