После ремонта приятно посещать, а с появлением сервиса Почты России и улучшениями работы службы доставки с почтой больше нет проблем, никаких проблем с извещениями, очередей и возни с документами, достаточно сообщить код.

Вполне нормально работают сейчас. Раньше было хуже но теперь вроде всё ОК. Думаю, что если и дальше будут лучше работать то следующая оценка будет пятёрка.

Обслуживание в этом отделении всегда было отвратительное. 5 лет хожу за посылками сюда - ничего не изменилось, только если в худшую сторону. Очень большие очереди, спокойно можно потерять там 2 часа. Работают три человека, только при этом один обслуживает клиентов, остальные обычно пьют чай. Висела табличка «если в очереди больше 5ти человек, позвоните по горячей линии». Спустя неделю табличку убрали. Видимо, звонили много.
