Самое лучшее отделение. Посылки не пропадают. Очередь небольшие. Персонал дружелюбный. Сравниваю с отделением 77, которому надо равняться на 78е. В котором посылки без отслеживания могут по полгода и более валяться у них. В 78 даже без трекера за 2-3 недели приходят посылки.

Одно из лучших отделений в городе, в которых я побывал! Главное - не перехвалить! Электронная очередь есть и она работает. Сотрудники тоже есть и они тоже работают и вполне оперативно. Зал большой, удобный для ожидания. Люди, пожалуйста, не оплачивайте коммуналку на почте, для это есть банкоматы!! Очень прошу!

Добрый день! Звонила раз 10, а трубки телефонов не берут. Зачем тогда вообще телефоны :( !!! Пыталась связаться через кол-центр, но также безрезультатно!!!

Безответственные почтальоны доставки !!! Корреспонденцию бросают не по ящикам а просто на подоконник кучей. О конфиденциальности они вообще не слышали. В настоящее время 78-е отделение переезжает, ....надеюсь, что, поменяется весь состав, в первую очередь включая руководителя (((
