Наплыв людей не предсказуем: в пн. в 16.00 было 30 человек, в среду в 14.00 - не было посетителей, сразу получила посылку. Работает три окна. Сотрудницы вежливые. Спасибо за ваш труд!

Медленно,никогда не бывает чтобы работали все кассы,сотрудники часто опаздывают..прийдешь к открытию...пока ждешь в огромной очереди в одну работающую кассу,то наблюдаешь как остальные сотрудницы "подтягиваются" на рабочее место спустя 20мин после начала раб.дня.. такое ощущение,что их вообще никто не контролирует и не проверяет. И аппарат с талоеами нипогда не работает,вечно на нем висит бумажка,чтт сломан. В тиге люли по старинке зайдя кричат "кто краааайний")) вообщем back to 90e

Было большой ошибкой заказать доставку посылки в это отделение - к 11 часам очередь 20 человек, работают 2 сотрудника. Стояла 1,5 часа. На Краснознаменной все плохо, здесь еще хуже.

Стоим . Ждём . Очередь . 20 минут на улице , и внутри ещё неизвестно сколько . Работают два оператора . Один из которых 30 минут занимался оформлением посылки . Ничего не меняется . Скоро мы освоим Марс, и на какой нить новой планете откроются залежи чего нибудь ценнополезного. А тут без перемен . Говорят , постоянство , признак мастерства , но не в системе Почта России.
