Всё медленно. Плохое оборудование - отрубается монитор, очень долго ребутается комп. Работает 1 оператор, 2 других сотрудника болтают о домашнем быте, при очереди в 5 человек. Не могут сделать простейшую операцию - отправить оформленную онлайн посылку по России. Пришлось оформлять заново и платить ещё раз. Зимой очень холодно. Нет оплаты картой.

Выражаю благодарность сотрудницам 91 почтового отделения за отзывчивость, доброе отношение и терпеливость к людям.Но в этом отделении есть задача,которую не могут или не хотят решить руководящее звено "Почты России". Сотрудницы работают на устаревших компьютерах,клиенты подолгу стоят в очередях в ожидании выдачи квитанций и выражают недовольство, на которое работники , имея большое терпение ,отвечают доброжелательно, не нагрубив.Очень хочется , чтобы руководители помогли этому отделению почты решить эту задачу.
