с санками и коляской неудобно заходить. Нет пандуса и дверь узкая очень. Для маломобильных групп населения не подходит. А так персонал вежливый. Посылки лично мои не теряли. Почтальоны работают хорошо

Лучшее отделение в городе! Чистота, порядок, очереди практически нет (или мне так попадается ) хотя и после работы приходилось забегать. Персонал всегда вежливый, отвечают спокойно и понятно. Спасибо вам за ваш труд !

Это лучшее отделение в Ульяновске! Отличные сотрудники терпеливые, хорошее отношение. Нигде раньше такого не встречала. В этом отделении и получала посылки и отправляла. Все хорошо. Однажды оформляла подписку на дорогой Детский журнал с вложением. Долго ждали, ходили узнавали, приходил не приходил. Так нам почтальон его положила не в ящик, а домой занесла! Большая благодарность сотрудникам!
