Пришел в отделение в субботу днём. Отделение было закрыто, хотя по расписанию это рабочий день.

Если вкратце, то очень важное письмо которое пришло в это отделение, которое мне нужно было день в день, по какой-то причине отправили назад в сортировочный центр. Все растянулось на 4 дня, хотя можно было просто отдать посылку день в день. Колл центр хуже всех.

Отвратительное обслуживание. Хамство со стороны персонала. Пытаются любыми способами втюхать EMS, И первый класс. Отдельное замечание оператору Николаю Грубый,наглый, по нему видно что работа не для него с людьми на на стройке самое место. Буду писать жалобу на него.

Пришла отправить посылку,купила специальную коробку,отстояла очередь. И тут мне говорят,что здесь посылки нельзя отправить. А сразу сказать было нельзя?!

Пришла к ним отправить мелкий пакет - приняли, отправили как заказное письмо, не предупредив, хотя внутри была не корреспонденция, из-за чего такое письмо на таможне могли легко отправить обратно. Пришла в другой день в 19-30 (за пол часа до закрытия), мне сказали, что посылки они не отправляют, у них в отделении такой функции нет, и что время уже поздно, кассу они закрыли. Желаю им каждый день попадать в пробки в вонючих пазиках!
