Нужно было срочно отправить посылку, пришла в ближайшее почтовое отделение (Бисертская,131а). Там мне сказали, что у них нет таких услуг, посылки не отправляют и не получают. Для того, чтобы отправить огромную и тяжелую посылку, мне пришлось ехать на автобусе на Титова,14 (не ближний свет) след отделения почтового. Написала в поддержку жалобу, там был ответ, что все проверят и разберутся, в итоге ничего не изменилось. Прошло уже полгода!!! Далее.. делала заказ в Китае, пришло три посылки. Одна пришла на данное почтовое отделение, две пришли на Титова, 14. Почему???? Когда решится этот вопрос??? Зачем тогда это почтовое отделение нужно, если приходится ездить так далеко за своими посылками? Для красоты? Плюс там работают хамовитые дамы, которые даже толком объяснить ничего не могут!

Товарищи Начальники! Если есть управа на почтальонов этого отделения - объясните им пожалуйста, что уведомления необходимо класть в почтовые ящики В ПОДЪЕЗДЕ! А не на улице у дверей подъезда!!! Что за отношение! За неполученными уведомлениями стоит тяжёлая процедура возврата за доп.плату очень дорогих и важных посылок, поймите вы уже!!!

Отвратительное отделение. Надеюсь, что смогу получить свои посылки и никогда больше не приду туда. И вообще никому не буду советовать пользоваться Почтой России, лучше заказывать доставку в нормальных и адекватных транспортных компаниях. На официальном сайте есть информация о том, что не имея на руках паспорта, я смогу получить свою посылку с помощью военного билета. Позвонила по телефону поддержки клиентов - информацию подтвердили. В отделении упёрлись, выдавать не хотят, сотрудники хамоватые и некомпетентные. Отвратительно. Обязательно напишу жалобу, причём конкретную. Хочу, чтобы этим хамоватым сотрудникам досталось так же, как моим нервам. Ни за что больше не воспользуюсь услугами Почты России, лучше заплатить хорошей компании, чем пользоваться этой помойкой!
