Радуют перемены в этом отделении. С приходом нового начальника, нет очередей и быстро выдают посылки, грамотно могут прокунсультировать по любому вопросу, операторы очень вежливые. Спасибо за вашу работу и терпение!!!!!

По-прежнему не удаётся победить очереди, хотя ситуация стала чуть лучше. Приходится регулярно получать и отправлять посылки в этом отделении. Персонал достаточно квалифицированный.

Раньше, бывало, что приходилось стоит в огромных очередях. Даже пришлось приходить заранее, пока у них обед. Сейчас таких трудностей не испытываю. Бывают иногда очереди, но не более 10 минут стою

Отделение почты России, где нет очередей. Вход инвалидам затруднен. Парковка возможна с улицы Студенческая. Мест для инвалидов нет. В отделении есть магазин продуктов. Работает 3-4 оператора. Рядом есть остановки общественного транспорта.

Есть с чем сравнить! На Блюхера отделение - трешь! А это - нормальная почта! Сотрудники молодые, вежливые! Быстрые! Честно - не разу ни стояла больше 10 минут. (на Блюхера по 2 часа можно потерять) Все расскажут, посылки быстро выдают. Я прямо рада, что большинство посылок приходит в это отделение! Спасибо за работу!

Бездушные , некомпетентные , хамки . Полное нарушение доступной среды . Грязь пандусов нет , крыльцо никогда не чиститься ( кому идёт зарплата дворника)???? Людям с ограниченной возможностью надо сидеть дома и никаких посылок не получать - их девиз работы.

Дворников и нет, это должны делать операторы, но, за такие «большие» зарплаты никто не хочет работать больше, чем положено
