Ужасное место. Посылка из европы до Саратова шла 5 дней, забрать из отделения еще 6 дней. Первый день (воскресение) с наложенным платежом посылку не выдают, оплату в выходной не берут. Предлагаю оплатить через приложение. Отвечают: да , оплатите, но придёте как деньги поступят на счет, дня через 2. Далее: Приходите лучше в понедельник, хотя в понедельник не приходите, у нас программу переустанавливать будут, во вторник приходите. В итоге через неделю забрал, всего 45 минут у оператора простоял. P.S. не самое плохое отделение, в других отделения можно часа 2-3 в очереди простоять.

Операторы работают без масок! В данном отделение почты несколько раз не мог отправить посылку, по причине неработающей программы, оператору не понравилась коробка в которую были упакованы вещи для отправки, в итоге заставили купить пакет для отправки, так же не отправляют посылку если не оформил посылку через личный кабинет!

Не смог отправить посылку 05.12.20. В 1раз 10-30 не приняли, сказали оформить на сайте почта России. Оформил. 2 раз пришёл в 14-20 очередь 8человек. Работник стала хамить и выгонять у неё обед. Плохое обслуживание, телефон не берут.

Отвратительное отделение. Стоит пометка, что письмо вручено адресату. А письмо я не получала. Ужасное обслуживание и некомпетентность персонала. Грубое отношение к клиентам.
