20.02.2021 у всех рабочая суббота! у данного отделения в принципе всегда суббота рабочая до 18:00... пришла после работы в 17:50, а они уже закрыты!

Почтовое отделение N 12 - это НЕЧТО.... !!!! Сотрудники никогда не отвечают на приветствия ( уровень культуры!). Не выполняют обязанности надлежаще! Работают медленно! Грубые! На клиентов кричат, хамят! К лиентам отношение предвзятое : кому - то отдают отправления без документов ( даже детям 7 лет !) А кому - то не выдают даже по документам за близкого родственника, находящегося в длительной командировке. РУКОВОДСТВУ ДАВНО НУЖНО НАВЕСТИ ПОРЯДОК В ДАННОМ ОТДЕЛЕНИИ И ПРИНЯТЬ НАДЛЕЖАЩИЕ МЕРЫ В ОТНОШЕНИИ РАБОТЫ И ПОВЕДЕНИЯ СОТРУДНИКОВ !!!

Доброго времени суток! У меня складывается впечатление, что я хожу ни на почту, а непосредственно домой, кто там работает. НИКОГДА не здороваются, постоянно жизнью обижены. Ну да ладно, мы, клиенты, уже привыкли к такому отношению, и ничего большего от них ждать не стоит. Я уже молчу, что посылки уже просто в наглую воруют.... Но бывают и радостные моменты....На днях ПРИШЛА ПОСЫЛКА(О Боги, произошло чудо. Посылка таки доставлена в отделение связи.) но моя радость была не долгой. Пришла я на почтовой отделение №12, тетенька "никому не здрасьти" (а мы помним, что это у них манера общения такая) подает мне посылку, со словами: "Посылка была вскрыта и заклеена скотчем (акта о вскрытии пакета, естественно нет). Либо, Вы, забираете свой пакет и без претензий, либо мы делаем возврат. Если Вы сейчас возьмете пакет в руки и вскроете его, назад мы его уже не возьмем." Типа мы претензии не принимаем и ни за что не отвечаем. Тут получается выбор без выбора. Я, на свой страх и риск, забрала пакет. Мало того, что он был заклеен скотчем, так и внутренняя упаковка была порвана. Вот у меня теперь вопрос к работникам почты России...что, содержимое пакета никому не понравилось или по цвету не подошло??? Когда уже, бл....ть, в своем царстве государстве, наведете порядок????? P.S. Ибо, Почта России...еще не все потеряно. А что не потеряно, то примерено.
