Есть очереди как и на любой почте России, сотрудники стойко переносят все тяготы их работы. Всегда приходят оповещения о том, что пришла посылка.

Обслуживание оставляет желать лучшего, приходим в отделение для отправки писем от юр. лица, своевременно оплачиваем счета. Сотрудники отдела франкировки ведут себя некомпетентно, не увидев деньги на счету, без выяснения обстоятельств, при этом хамя, выгоняют. Бухгалтерия не разносит платежные поручения правильно, из-за этого возникает ряд проблем.

Хорошее отделение, видно что работы у сотрудников много, ещё еи разу не видел, чтобы работник сидел без дела, в основном мы сами виноваты задерживая очередь, кто то какие то квитанции оплачивает, хотя все сейчас в телефоне есть, кто то 20 писем разом отправляет, когда до меня очередь доходит меня обслуживают максимум 5 минут

Отделение хорошее, сотрудники адекватные все объяснили и показали. Правда есть проблема с сайтом, не указаны часы сан обработки. На двери указано время, но посетители сами ломятся и хамят сотрудникам ( пока ждал четверо с матом покричали). Кстати у кого такое было, объясню как мне сказали. Они отдают извещения почтальону как только примут посылку, но я пришел в день прибытия посылки и извещение пришло на следующий день, а посылку я уже забрал. Так что ребята будте внимательней и спрашивайте сразу, чтоб не было разногласий

Сегодня отправляла письма в отделении 450006, девочки очень вежливые и компетентные (особая благодарность Машковской Д.), все быстро сделали. Приятно, когда работают такие люди.
