Маленькое помещение с низкими потолками, огромной очередью из пенсионеров, которые оплачивают коммунальные услуги. Электронная очередь отключена. Худшее отделение почты, которое я видел. Да, посылку я не нашёл.

Отвратительно ! 0/100! -трубку никогда не берут -не несут никакой отвественности за свои же минусы - оплатила самую быструю доставку документов, но работники потеряли их и вместо заявленных пары дней , катались мои бумаги две недели и соотвественно сроки вышли, а они мне уже не особо были и нужны после указанной даты . Зачем брать больше 1000₽ , если работу выполняете на 0₽ ?

Ставлю такую оценку только из-за одной сотрудницы к сожалению точно имя не запомнила( Татьяна или Наталья), которая помогла очень оперативно ,вежливо и с улыбкой решить проблему ,в отличие от других работниц которым лень даже попу приподнять ,они только могут под нос себе что-то бурчать ,советую взять пример с коллеги,а руководству ценить и поощрять таких сотрудниц !!!

Пришла на почту - закрыто в 12.10. На графике написанно, обед с 13.00-14.00. Стояла на морозе ждала так и не открыли! Не какого объявление о перерывах нет! Люди ждут стоят на морозе!

Очередь в этом отделении никогда не кончается, сотрудники еле шевелятся... Так же периодически пропускают некоторых людей без очереди, или же в электронной пропускают, не объявляют

Несколько несколько раз посещал почтовое отделение № 18 и все посещения прошли быстро, что радует. Быстро двигалась небольшая очередь, быстро и вежливо работал персонал, быстро находили и отдавали письма.
