Часто хожу в это отделение за посылками. Все операторы внимательные, вежливые, отзывчивые. Настоящие профессионалы своего дела! Приятно с ними общаться. В отделении сделан современный ремонт. Светло, уютно, удобно. Операторам: Здоровья, сил, хороших клиентов, удачи!

Я заказывала посылку с Озона и в понедельник мне пришло уведомление от озона, то что "ваша посылка уже на почте, заберите". Приходу в этот же день на почту и забераю ее. Но сегодня в среду мне звонят с почты и отправляют смс " на вас пришла посылка" . Я прихожу и они не могут найти мою посылку.Потом женщина мне вынесла оповещение и сказала "заполняйте данные". Окей, я заполнила и отдала . Через несколько минут мне говорят " ну в компьютере написано , что вы получили эту посылку 25 ". Но я то думала что мне пришли посылки с Китая и я забыла что была посылка в понедельник с Озон. Я сказала что "я не чего не получала " . Потом получается что на почте лежат извещения и они не выкидывают их после того как пришла посылка. Как так вообще можно Получить посылку в понедельник , но звонок с почты только в среду о том что есть посылка, но на почте ее нет?
