Получаешь извещение на заказное письмо,например, и есть еще время его получить. Заходишь в отслеживание по трек номеру, и на удивление замечаешь такую новость, что письмо шло шло, а потом бац,а тебе его лично в руки оказывается передали,адресат в шоке. Письма в глаза не видели,но его нам отдали якобы! Имейте совесть, любите свою работу😡

Хорошее почтовое отделение. Сотрудники почты доброжелательные, делают свою работу хорошо. Граждане грубые и нетерпеливые, в этом вся беда.

Закинули через забор ЧУЖЫЕ ПОСЫЛКИ! Хотя на каждой есть номер телефона для связи! Люди платят деньги! Ждут свои товары! А почте России НАПЛЕВАТЬ! Я очень сомневаюсь, что этот товар они по доброте душевной доставляют БЕСПЛАТНО! Безобразное отношение к своей работе!

Не люблю отделение на Восточном, несколько лет назад сотрудниками была похищена косметика из посылки. Сейчас отправляла письмо, по умолчанию берут плату за наклеивание марок, хотя в других отделениях спрашивают: сами наклеите марки. Про качество обслуживания, здесь никогда не слышали.

Отвратительная работа отделения. Дозвониться, в принципе, невозможно, посылки регулярно теряются, обзвон о наличии посылок не делают. Работа операторов оставляет желать лучшего. Постоянно огромные очереди, операторы заняты личными делами. Хоть на другое отделение переезжай. И еще огромный минус-посылки, которые не входят в почтовый ящик оставляют на подоконнике. В общем я недовольна.

Отделение почты не ахти. Дозвониться до них вообще не возможно, линия постоянно занята. Совсем работать не хотят. Когда приходишь помимо обслуживания клиентов они паралельно заняты внутренними делами.
