Сколько была, всегда все вежливо. И видно, что стараются и отпустить побыстрее, и если с ребёнком, попросить и вне очереди пройти, сами операторы. Спасибо, что не опускаете планку, так держать!

Сегодня, мягко скажем хамка,а не оператор обслуживала !Я обратилась в порядке очереди, с просьбой ещё раз поискать адрес-ные мне посылки - мелкие пакеты ,мои заказы ч/з Joom,(обращалась и до наступления праздников).Данная особа (опертор)еще с возмущением мне предъявляет,мол мы тут все работаем,а все остальные люди отдыхают …попыталась я объяснить ситуацию,она перебивает,не даёт договорить и ещё голос такая повышает… Я её спросила -в Ваши обязанности входит на поситителей кричать? Дело в том, что ин. приложение сообщение мне прислало о пришедшем заказе на почтовое отделение №903 ещё 17 декабря! Но по номеру отслеживания ,кот.известен мне,на почте сказали,что по такому номеру они не отслеживают -полная неразбериха ! И по имени и по адресу найти тоже не смогли якобы …
