Отправил посылку на это отделение. посылка пришла 6 февраля. до сих пор посылку не отдают владельцу, ссылаясь на то, что нет извещения. Но извещение они же и не принесли! Скоро посылку отправят назад. Кто будет платит за пересыл?

Устраивает все кроме того что по воскресеньям письма не хотят отдавать. А так оформили электронную подпись и без документов получаем посылки (письма).

Мне очень понравилось обслуживание именно в этом отделении. 17.01.21г. я отправила 2 посылки за 15 минут, э́то ещё при том, что передо мной приняли ещё 2. Мне есть с чем сравнивать: дети живут в разных городах и мне приходится часто пользоваться услугами разных почтовых отделений. Есть такие почты, где с одной посылкой можно на полчаса "зависнуть", даже без очереди впереди.. Теперь буду приезжать только сюда. Спасибо за внимание и профессионализм!

Было письмо заказное пришло на почту 12марта и пролежало месяц у них и 12 апреля, они отправили его обратно ,наши сотрудники почты не соизволили даже прислать извещение .письмо было заказное и за него платили деньги.Я два раза приезжала на почту,а ответ один был НИЧЕГО НЕТ!! В интернете указывается три но ера почты но там никто трубку не снимает,а как не придешь все работники почты сидят на телефоне обсуждают кто что сделал в вых.

Добрый день. Сотрудник - Скрипова Лариса Юрьевна, отказалась принимать посылку с объявленной ценностью обычным отправлением, сославшись на "распоряжение руководства", разговаривала повышенным тоном, хамила, грубила. В результате так и не приняла посылку, тогда как в другом отделении проблем не возникло никаких. Прошу принять меры.
