Эл. очередь, современный ремонт, жаль, что не могут перестраивать на выдачу хоть 1 работника, чтобы не собирать (как нарочно) большую очередь, когда пара человек сдают посылки или письма.

Была 2 раза в будни в районе 17 часов. Очереди небольшие, быстро проходят. Что удивило. На Химмашевской почте просто ужас)))

Никогда в жизни не подумала бы, что напишу положительный отзыв о почте России, никого не хочу обидеть, но это правда. Вчера и сегодня была в вашем отделении. Во-первых, мне понравилось как старший менеджер (я наверняка ошибаюсь, я не знаю, как у вас правильно звучит эта должность) пресекает ругань в отделении между посетителями. Во-вторых, у вас есть сотрудник Валерия, она прекрасна. Спасибо ей большое, улыбчивая, приветливая, грамотная, речь отлично поставлена. Мне очень было приятно попасть дважды к ней. Если это возможно, премируйте девушку. Спасибо Валерии огромное, такие сотрудники меняют представление о почте России.

Вообще всё стало очень даже хорошо, в сравнении с 2000-2010ми: быстро работающие специалисты, электронная очередь и как следствие - отсутствие фактических очередей, приложение удобное. Но сегодня была удивлена неприятно, поэтому минус 1 звезда. Забрала посылку в воскресенье, увидя в приложении, что она пришла в отделение, а вчера во вторник пришло извещение бумажное о ней. Странно, пипец, скаталааь на трамвае туда сюда ради того, чтобы услышать, что я его уже получала. И все бы ничего, но если я заражусь 👑 из-за этой лишней поездки в общественном транспорте... Будет плохо)
