Забираю посылки по записи через приложение Почта России. Очень удобно! Не нужно стоять никаких очередей, всё быстро и качественно. 5 баллов👍🏻

Не понравилось то, что сегодня приехал на почту, а оказалось что почта закрыта. Не состыковки в рабочем времени!!!!

Весь персонал необходимо разогнать и набрать новый, обученный. Даже если вы им в три раза зарплату поднимите, они не будут работать. В поликлинике очереди меньше. Вынужден был перенаправить свою корреспонденцию в другое отделение. Теперь посещаю почту как физио кабинет. Сплошной релакс. Не возможно понять организацию работы в этом отделении. Две барышни сидят ничего не делают ( одна якобы, только с юр. лицами работает, вторая на почта банке.) И ещё две тяжело ориентируясь среди наваленных посылок, создают огромные очереди. Почему здесь наличный расчёт за посылки с наложенным платежом??? Где электронная очередь??? Где окно для работы с клиентами по записи??? Всё что придумали в Москве - здесь не РАБОТАЕТ!!!!

Очереди, очереди и еще раз очереди, несмотря на то, что есть возможность записаться на определенное время в почтовое отделение. Такой функционал еще больше создает неразбериху среди ожидающих людей, так как возможность предварительной записи предоставили, а на практике хоть бы отдельное окно выделили для таких граждан, в которое можно обращаться по живой очереди при отсутствии записавшихся заранее. Так хоть люди будут знать, что именно к этому окну и специалисту в любой момент могут подойти люди по записи. Персонал в основном вежливый, но иногда сталкиваешься с грубым, хамоватым отношением, лишний раз никто там не улыбнётся.
