Как говорится, почта, Сбербанк и поликлиники - филиалы ада на земле. Истинно так! Вечно сломанная электронная очередь, из 4-х столов работает один. Компетентность сотрудников на 3 балла.

Хорошая почта. Отправляем посылки, получаем посылки... Письма, товары - все в хорошем состоянии. Пишут, что графики работы не совпадают, так на дверях почты вся свежая информация - смотрите. Обслуживание хорошее. А через чур озлобленным: попробуйте сами поработать с такой ЗП и отношением клиентов. Единственное, бывает нет в наличии упаковочных пакетов или коробок в период активных отправок (мне кажется этим затариться можно побольше)

Сказать, что очень медленно обслуживают - не сказать ничего. Можно прибежать, к закрытым дверям, из за того, что они решат пораньше исчезнуть с рабочего места. В общем, натерпелся я, когда жил в районе обслуживания данного отделения

Вполне нормальное отделение. Сотрудники вполне вежливы для их загруженности и если не вести себя как «царь» и не хамить то вполне вежливые. Посылки никогда не теряли... очередь чаще из за бабулек или сдающих по 5-10 писем.... но даже при большой очереди время занимает минут 20. В общем прочитала отзывы и прям ощущение что не в это отделение хожу за посылками) и забираю сейчас вообще по номеру телефона посылки безо всяких уведомлений🤷🏻‍♀️ минусы конечно тоже есть сотрудники правда работают достаточно медленно, но явно не на 1 балл. Так что от меня твёрдые 3,5 и 4 авансом😊
