Отделение, близкое к идеальному. Пятёрка твёрдая. Немного злят глупые люди, которые прутся туда с юридическими письмами на отправку. С горой писем. Но это претензия к этим людям. Надеюсь, когда нибудь запретят принимать от таких людей в отделениях по работе с физ. лицами, более 10 писем.

Отвратительная работа отделения! 1,5 часа стоять на почте, чтобы получить посылку это издевательство над людьми! Фактический график работы отделения не соответствует графику, обозначенному на входе. Идешь наугад просто! Работает 1 человек на приеме, 1 на выдаче! И нам еще предлагают сообщить по горячей линии, если передо мной 5 человек или больше!!! Как их может быть меньше, если пользователи почты работают днем, когда в будни работает почта до 15-16 часов и могут получить свои посылки только в субботу!!! Это свинство полнейшее! И еще делать вид, что они заботятся о качестве обслуживания! Повысьте людям зарплату, чтобы желающих работать добавилось и тогда говорите о том, что вам не наплевать на людей!!!

согласен, причем летом они отмазывались таким коротким графиком, периодом отпусков, но пришла осень а график тот же, отпросился с работы летел туда бегом что бы успеть, а в итоге они в этот день до 14 работали!
