Отвратительно обслуживание. Взяла талон и ждала в очереди почти 40 минут, все кто стояли по талонам после меня давно прошли. Когда обратилась за помощью к начальнице отделения, она согласилась помочь, потом ну позвонили по телефону и она ответила собеседнику «у нас завал на работе, но ты меня не отвлекаешь, я не занята». Это вообще нормально? Что за людей берут туда работать? Ужасно!
