05.02.21 в отделение обратилась бабушка 80 лет! Приобрела карту, для международных звонков. Вернувшись домой выяснилось, что данная карта от оператора не работает уже 3 года! Пришлось идти вновь в данное отделение почты. Там ей нагрубили. Причем разговор вела заведующая отделением. Бабушка сказала, что так это не оставит. Карта стоимостью 500 р. для пенсионера это не маленькая сумма. Смотрите, что продаете и будте добрее, особенно к людям преклонного возраста! Планируем писать жалобу!

Я достаточно часто бываю в этом отделении. Ни разу я не была там больше 10-ти минут. Работники адекватные, знающие свое дело. Только некоторые мелкие пакеты долго регистрируются, но это не страшно
