Обслуживание происходит с черепашьей скоростью! Кассиры не довольные, делают все как из под палки. Целая трагедия для нас, когда нужно идти на почту.

Ужасно долгое обслуживание!Пришла за час до закрытая и здесь толпа из посетителей и так все медленно, нерасторопно со стороны операторов. Я понимаю, что конец рабочего дня, все устали, но из 4 окон работает только два, а это вопрос оптимизации руководств. А у операторов нет мотивации быстро обрабатывать запросы.
