Без матов тут ни как не обойтись. Работает только одно окно, долго идет обслуживание, да и ктомуже закрывают рано. Закройте это убогое место, пожалуйста или оптимизируйте работу

В целом меня все устраивает, все отлично, единственный момент - обновление компьютерной техники бы сотрудникам не помешало, а в остальном все отлично

Ужасное обслуживание. Прислали извещение 29.05. А на нем написано, что крайний срок хранение - 25.05. И как я должна вернуться в прошлое, узнать, что мне пришло и забрать? На почте очень грубая блондинистая леди своим лаем сообщила мне, что я сама виновата, и они меня разыскивают с апреля. При том, что я работаю из дома, и никто явно не приходил. А почту проверяю стабильно раз в неделю. Замечательно получила письмо, которое уже отправилось назад адресату. Даме, которая меня обслуживала, посоветую лишь попить успокоительное и быть хоть немного вежливее. И сменить работу, ибо это явно не ваше.

Судя по отзывам я не одна, кто возмущен графиком работы этого отделения, первый раз сталкиваюсь с тем, что почта работает с 9-18, хотя все остальные минимум до 19:00. Из-за этого попасть к вам, работающему 5/2 человеку можно только в субботу, а если уезжаешь куда-то на выходные то опять нужно ждать неделю, чтобы забрать посылки. Иногда у меня получается приехать пораньше, но в 17:45 двери отделения уже закрыты, а вчера закрыто было уже в 17:30, на санитарный день! При этом впереди длинные выходные дни! Отделение № 68 - "Все для людей!"
