Посетителей обычно не очень много, минут 5-10 ожидания, иногда вообще без очереди. Есть вежливые сотрудники. Пару раз приходилось сталкиваться с хамством.

отвратительный сервис, воруют посылки, причем нагло и хамят потом если что то требуешь. Персонал хамы, из всех нормальный адекватный только единственный парень который там работает. Отделение - дно.

Постоянно не вовремя доставляют уведомления о посылках Пришло уведомление 04.01.21. А СРОК ХРАНЕНИЯ ПОСЫЛКИ ДО 05.01 прихожу 05.01 получать, хамоватая женщина мне в ответ "А УЖЕ НЕТ ВАШЕЙ ПОСЫЛКИ У НАС" Постоянно грязно, все сотрудники хамят, причем на обычные вопросы Самое, я извиняюсь, дерьмовое почтовое отделение.

В отделении есть хорошие сотрудники. Также нельзя не отметить, что работают оперативно. Но в последний год все очень плохо с извещениеми. В большей части случаев они не приходят. Я привык ориентироваться на них и уже потерял так несколько ценных посылок (были отправлены назад). Судя по отзывам это общая беда. Печально. Надо самим отслеживать и от и до. Теперь буду знать. Но лучше бы уже убрали эту систему раз не работает, и уведомляли смсками. Но система с телефонам тоже не работает. Ни одного уведомления не получал. Надеюсь почта России в целом придет к какой - то отлаженной системой. Пока же - глаз да глаз нужен.

Регулярно посещаю данное отделение Почты России. Последний визит состоялся 14.08.2020 года. Отправление посылок прошло быстро, четко. Операторы в данном отделении не меняются довольно долго, ну по меркам такой организации, что как по мне, и влияет на качество услуг, оно меня как потребителя всегда устраивает.
