хорошая почта, хожу часто, и сколько бы ни приходил, стычки именно из-за неадекватных клиентов, которые, видимо, и приходят сюда выпустить пар (где ж ещё, как не на Почте?), никаких хамок там не встречал, сотрудники очень вежливы. Работала там одно знакомая, так что частично и я знаю внутреннюю работу почты, в частности - по пакетам из китая они обзванивали всех клиентов(кто был недоступен, не брал трубку, это ваши проблемы), пока не забрали телефон. Квитанции по Нарвской нужно сторожить и забирать быстро пока одна дама, которую уже засекли, не повытаскивала их из ящиков. Всё разносится во время, если только почтальон не отсутствует. а за него никто ничего не разносит, так как у всех и своей работы валом. если бы почта не занималась этим бредом под названием торговля, у её сотрудников, думаю, было бы большевремени на свои прямые обязанности. Операторов там 2, +начальник, + сортировщик, которые сидят за компьютером, но они не операторы, у каждого своя работа!!

Ужасная почта . Отправила посылку (возврат товара ) , через месяц пришло извещение от почты . Прихожу они мне мою же посылку обратно отдают ! Никуда ее с отделения не посылали , взяли 350₽ и не послали посылку . Деньги в карман положили мои . Еше мне сказали , что повезло , что я не плачу им еще 100₽ чтобы забрать с почты . Вы вообще нормальные ? Ну и вообще там одни хамки , никогда не здороваются , занимаются своими делами , когда к окну подходишь ноль внимания . Сидит типо занимается делами почты , подходит подружка -ее обслуживает , болтает веселиться , а очередь из 8 человек стоит на другое окно . Ходить в это отделение почты -сплошное разочарование

Работают до 18:00...Позвонила в 17:55,снова не берут трубку,не смотря на то ,что я утром не смогла дозвониться....Неужели обязательно ехать к ним,на почту,чтоб спросить ,пришла ли посылка???Это в 21 то веке!!!Дозвониться невозможно!!!

Какое то безразличие к клиентам! Дозвониться совершенно невозможно на почту,трубку не берут,и видно,сознательно.Узнать пришла ли посылка и бандероль,невозможно,только приезжать надо туда.Потому что мало того,что недозвониться до них,так и ивещение тоже не присылают.Надо самим следить за работниками почты!!!Парадокс!!!
