Никогда не бывает, чтоб пришёл и быстро получил услугу, постоянно очереди, операторы не торопятся. А в 63 отделении все намного быстрее, почти не бывает очередей. Отдельное отделение для посылок и писем, что очень удобно. К сожалению в 49м намного хуже

Ужасно убогое место. Постоянные очереди. Операторы постоянно меняются которые очень долго все оформляют. Да и система электронной очереди постоянно не Работает. Так же давно нужен ремонт.

Ужасная работа. Отправили посылку назад, не прислав извещение. В прошлый раз извещение пришло через 2 недели после получения посылки.

Такое чувство, что работников в это отделение, набирают по одному принципу, главное чтоб умели хамить!!!!! Сотрудник данного отделения (молодой человек) вы некомпетентный хам!!! Мало того, что по вине сотрудников вашего отделения посылка лежала месяц на почте и за это время не было ни одного извещения! Так ещё и на простой вопрос, почему извещение не приходит, получаешь грубость в ответ и полный отказ отвечать на вопрос и выполнять какие либо просьбы!!! Про ожидание в 40 мин и очереди это само собой, уже как данность!

Я скорее выскажусь в защиту данного отделения почты!! В сравнении, что там было пару лет назад..... - ужас и савдеп!! Сегодня - иначе! Интерьер на твёрдую 4, появились различные доп услуги и самое главное- персонал стал весьма вежлив!! Терпения вам работники почты! Ведь за такие зарплаты, Вы ещё и вежливыми стараетесь быть! Молодцы
