В помещении. Почта осталась в году 85 или 90-ом. Ремонт был последний раз наверное в 70-х. Коллектив отличный , обслуживаемся в данном отделении как фирма. Всегда сообщают о поступлении корреспонденции. Молодцы.

Возник вопрос с получением посылки во время моего отъезда. Сотрудница почты объяснила ситуацию и помогла с оформлением доверенности, чтобы человек мог получить ее за меня. В итоге посылка пришла раньше срока, доверенность не понадобилась, а получение пакета заняло у меня не более 5 минут: получила талон и почти сразу меня вызвали. Так везёт конечно не всегда, но больше получаса в очереди здесь я ещё не проводила.

С эти отделением связаны часы утомительного ожидания, сложив которые можно смело вести счет неделями... Очереди практически постоянно. Внедренная система талонов ситуацию не спасла. Каждое посещение - это отдельная история с массой негативных эмоций... Звонки на "горячую линию" заканчиваются одним и тем же: "мы разберемся в ситуации", но по факту очереди от этого меньше не становятся... Три раза оставлял запрос на письменный ответ о ситуации, который должны были направить и на электронную почту, и в письменном виде на домашний адрес, но... Судя по всему, ничего не придет никогда... Часть сотрудников работает очень быстро и качественно (за что отдельное им спасибо, но общая ситуация от этого не меняется, к сожалению). Проблема где-то глубже, судя о всему... Часто работает меньше половины окон. Наверное, руководству структуры в целом (не только этого отделения) надо пересмотреть рабочий процесс и его структуру. Всем ожидающим в очереди - терпения и сил )))
