Трубку никогда не берут, хотя ходят без дела, прямо с отделения звонила, телефон звонит, а к нему не подходит никто, из за такой работы отделения, несколько раз отпрашивалась с работы, чтоб задать интересующий вопрос, деньги мои так и не нашли, в принципе и не пытались, что ж может прокуратура сдвинет дело с мертвой точки

1) 26.05.2018 г. ОБЯЗАЛИ подписать "Заявление на Регистрацию в ОПС" для получения без паспорта! Заявление - это добровольное волеизъявление! Это не принуждение! 2) 06.06.2018 г. НЕ ВЫДАЛИ ПО ПАСПОРТУ заказное письмо - высланный на телефон код им подавай. Мозги не включают и не понимают, что получение по коду через телефон - это АЛЬТЕРНАТИВА получению с паспортом! Хочу по паспорту, хочу по коду через телефон. Хамят, грубят, кричат!
