Работают отвратительно, на отвали, с одним человеком возятся по часу, стояла там несколько часов, а они там за это время успели принять только ДВА человека, при том, что работало два окна, и то я уже не смогла ждать и ушла. На мой вопрос работнику «Сколько примерно ещё ожидать?», просто тупо меня проигнорил, после чего я ушла оттуда. Наплевательское отношение к людям, хамят всем подряд. Больше ни ногой именно на данную почту.

Хочу поддержать сотрудников этого почтового отделения. Думаю, что неудобства и дискомфорт связаны с нехваткой здесь сотрудников на самом деле, с тем, что слишком большая нагрузка. Почта работает семь дней в неделю. Представляете, семь... И до восьми. А сотрудников немного, и это понятно, ведь очень небольшие зарплаты. Была в этом отделении сегодня, в воскресенье, в восьмом часу, были две сотрудницы, доброжелательные девушки. Да, я на тот момент оказалась одна, обслужить одного куда проще, чем целую очередь. Но отношение к своей работе у сотрудниц видно, что хорошее. Убеждена, что проблема вся кроется в недостатке персонала и в нагрузке, а это не вина персонала. Это беда организации процесса работы, и уж точно сами сотрудники не могут на это повлиять. Знаю ситуации, когда и без очереди тебя обслужат так, будто грязью польют, но это вообще не тот случай. И я просто благодарна, что за такие маленькие з-п люди делают свое дело. Видно, что без дела они там не сидят. Вот честно, пишу этот отзыв не по чьей-то просьбе, а от себя. В предыдущий раз была давненько, попала в большую очередь, но и тогда увидела доброжелательность со стороны сотрудницы.

Зашла на свою голову в это отделение, так как было по пути, и застряла на 40 минут в очереди. Сидят две еле живые женщины, кое как обслуживают. Народ в очереди уде возмущён. Везде опоздала благодаря этой замечательной почте. Рядом почта на комсомольском, обслуживают за минуту
