Даже одной звезды не достойны! Я потратила целый час и в итоги не довела дело до конца Вкратце: нужно отправить посылку в другую страну, на вопросы никто не отвечает, слышно только «ну заполните как нибудь, там же есть поля» Опись не сделали, на вопрос давайте все таки сделаем? Женщина ушла в другой зал и не вернулась обратно 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ Появился вопрос можно ли безналом у вас оплатить? -Нет! Говорю ок, 2000 хватит? Я вчера смотрела на сайте цены Возмущений палата! Мол таких цен нигде нет, а потом выяснение того, что я хочу отправить ПОСЫЛКОЙ, НЕ БАНДЕРОЛЬЮ, НЕ ЕМС...... И сразу женщина поясняет: посылку мы не можем отправить, у нас бланков нет! Какого черта????! Мне с собой может бланки носить????????? Я первоначально дала запрос « я хочу отправить посылку, вот коробка» Ужааааасная почтаРоссии 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

Хожу туда очень часто,т.к. по работе отправляю бандероли. Начнем с того,что туда не зайти с коляской. Тащить ее 8 ступенек - удовольствия мало,а для людей с инвалидностью пандус просто не работает. Он там стоит под ветками дерева,им пользоваться невозможно. Второе -это то,что посылки без отслеживания просто не приходят, их должны приносить в почтовый ящик, за год ни одной посылки, а заказы я делаю часто

По трек номеру пришла бандероль в среду. В отделении ремонт. Сказали "попробуйте прийти ПОСЛЕЗАВТРА, может, мы уже сможем выдать". Сейчас ищу номер телефона отделения, узнать работает или нет. Номер не работает. Звоню на горячую линию, описываю ситуацию. - извините, контактный центр не располагает номерами отделений в уральском округе. - Вы мне предлагаете каждый день приходить и караулить, открылись они или нет?? - можете через день, на Ваше усмотрение. Вы там охренели совсем?

Несмотря на жуткие условия работы, помещения в аварийном состоянии, коллектив почты остается доброжелательным и отзывчивым! Работают быстро, очередей нет, посылки не теряются (по крайней мере те что отслеживаются приходят всегда).
