232 почтовое отделение 18 ноября 2013 года. Время 16-45. И на дверях почты стоит цербер с воплями : мы работаем до 17 часов, идите, посмотрите расписание. Ладно. 20 ноября 2013 года. Согласно этому расписанию почта должна работать с 8 (с восьми) часов утра. Эти перетрудившиеся открывают двери в 8-55 (без пяти ДЕВЯТЬ) и про своё расписание молчат. И как называется это свинство? Это даже не совок, это в сто раз хуже!

1.232 отделение это СОВОК, причём в самом худшем смысле слова. Хамство и некомпетентность сотрудников, огромные очереди. Теряют почту, причем не просто письма, а документы из суда, прокуратуры, налоговой, счета. Неоднократно находила в своём почтовом ящике чужие письма и счета даже не из своего подъезда, из других домов. Документы из суда, которые имеют срок исполнения принесли через 2 дня после окончания срока аппеляции. Почта делает просто: накапливает письма примерно за неделю, предварительно поставив штемпель, а потом разносят. И всё! Они белые, пушистые и ни в чём не виноватые. Ни разу не получила бандероль с неповреждённой упаковкой, всегда было разорвано или разрезано. И никто никогда не виноват, и никто ни за что не отвечает. Книга жалоб существует для выпуска пара клиентов. И не дай Бог работать хоть на минуту больше положенного! Месяц назад я с ошарашенным видом наблюдала как сотрудница почты выгоняла клиентов в шею - у них рабочее время кончилось! Жаловаться бесполезно - ответ один - мы ни в чем не виноваты. Мерзкая организация. К сожалению приходится ходить туда за пенсией, а иначе ноги бы моей там не было. Писем больше не пишу, газет не выписываю - всё равно потеряют, так было раньше.

Пользуюсь оформлением прсылок без очереди. Удобно, не нужно стоять очередь. Посылки тоже получаю быстро, ибо не прихожу никогда в час пик и использую получение по смс. Персонал хороший, милые девушки-хохотушки. Собственно, возможность оптимизировать для себя процесс есть, но люди зачастую этим не пользуются и потом жалуются на очереди. А отделение приятное
