Здравствуйте. Моя бабушка, которой 82 года,купила у кассира,которая разносит пенсию,три лотерейных билета. Никаких чеков ей не дали. Выигрыш выпал на два билета по 100 рублей. Мама пошла в почтовое отделение на ул. Подворная 18. Сначала просили чеки,но когда узнали как билеты приобретались,дали только 100 рублей. Мама не смогла доказать,что отдала им два билета и со слезами ушла. Дома у нее поднялось давление. Я узнала об этой ситуации поздно. Дозвониться не смогла. Трубку не брали. Для пенсионеров каждая копейка важна. Зачем так относиться? Дело принципа.

Маленькое почтовое отделение. Всегда большие очереди. Окна для приема всего 2. Приходится ждать на улице, если много людей пришло

Нормальная, кстати, скорость обслуживания. Просто место достаточно небольшое. Вежливый персонал, хороший. Часто забираю посылки с почтового отделения.

Девочки стараются, ищут посылки даже по трек-номеру, ещё до извещения. Никогда не хамили, всех обслуживают, если людей много-разгребают.

Это одно сплошное недорозумение!!! Постоянные очереди! Пришел получать посылку в 19:45 понимаю скоро конец рабочего дня, моя очередь дошла в 19:54 отдаю квиток на получение посылки там наложенный платеж, мне отвечают " тут вас оформлять на 10мин, до завтра" Хорошо, спорить не стал! Приехал на следующей день за 8 часов до закрытие, а у них что-то сломалось и принять они некого не могут!!! Ремонта никого! В очереди стоишь по 30 мин! Объявления что закрыто по техническим причинам тоже не весит!Все абы как!!!
