Пришла в 18:28 на почту - отказались открывать двери. На показанный режим работы в 2гисе тётка повернулась спиной и просто игнорировала мои стуки. Причём последнего посетителя они держали под ключом, меня же не пустили.

Более менее современно выглядит в отличии от других посещенных филиалов. Сотрудники вежливые. Почтальон звонил пару раз сообщить о посылке и уточнить адрес. В помещении тепло, чистенько, тоже в отличии от некоторых других. Больших очередей не видел. Есть стоянка, место для парковки всегда можно найти. Убираю одну звезду. Летнее расписание это просто засада. Два раза приезжал в разное время и не угадал. Закрыто то утром, то в конце дня. При этом в интернете и в приложении расписание другое. Они тут сами решают когда работать?

Тут всегда была полна ж. Теперь, с ковидом, на улице стоят по 10-15 человек и внутри ждут. Полчаса ждал, без преувеличения, чтобы посылку за 5 сек забрать. Когда уже вы там наладите работу?

Проблема в том, что заходящие по одному сразу забывают про тех, кто ждёт на улице, никто же в спину не дышит, полное ощущение отсутствия очереди) Недавно наблюдала такую картину: девчата получили посылку (Avon или что-то вроде того) и давай прямо там её открывать, духи нюхать 🤦🏻‍♀️ Очередь в окошко с улицы смотрит на них, а им хоть бы что)

Посылку отдали в безобразном состоянии ,такое чувство что хотели вскрыть ,со словами «ИЗВИНИТЕ ЭТО ПРИ ТРАНСПОРТИРОВКЕ»обслуживание отвратительное !
