Бывает работают хорошо, бывает не очень хорошо. Недавно заказала на сайте доставку посылки до квартиры, на сайте цена 100₽, по факту почтальон запросил 200₽, странная ситуация. Когда я решила написать в службу поддержки на сайте, мою посылку сразу удалили оттуда, вот и все

Почтальоны просто Мега тормозные, посылку не могу получить уже неделю, носит с собой сказали мне в отделении, какого черта она вообще ее забрала? Я не просил их об этом!!!

Раньше хоть ставили табличку "если перед вами больше 5 человек - позвонить нам". Теперь её благополучно спрятали, хотя она работала, на удивление. Приходила 5 января, передо мной было 24 человека, кто-то через полчаса не выдерживал и уходил. Операторы работают хорошо, быстро, как у них нервов хватает на такие нагрузки. Но лишний раз я бы туда не пошла. С уведомлений пропал номер платной доставки посылок, видимо ходить никто не хочет. Жаль, придётся опять стоять в этих километрах живой очереди.

Обслуживание ужасное!!! Беременных с детьми не пропускают вообще, наглые сотрудники. Народу всегда очень много, при том, что ходят работающих 4 девушки, а стоит одна максимум 2.. вот и народ копится.. очень долго, так и в обморок упасть можно!
