Пытаются работать на современно техническом обеспечении, но часты сбои в работе электронной очереди и не всегда работают 3 оператора, что приводит к скоплению большого количества народа.

Всегда старались входить в положение сотрудников, но их хамское отношение, которое выражается в поведении и разговорах просто недопустимо. Соглашусь с отзывами здесь, что бывают случаи, когда воруют посылки. С нами тоже такая ситуация случилась, а теперь ничего и не докажешь. Сотрудникам этого отделения они наверное "нужнее". А деньги вы не вернёте.

Сколько раз была, всегда была свидетелем неадекватных посетителей. Сотрудники работают на износ. Компьютеры и те не выдерживают. Бывала в разных отделениях. Но в этом как-то привычнее. Спасибо сотрудникам.

Была свидетелем неприятной картины. Как одна женщина-посетитель "учила" сотрудников 65го отделения почты, как работать. В грубой форме разговаривала, на все отделение возмущалась работой персонала и угрожала "позвонить куда надо и на жаловаться". Что хочу сказать. Девочки работают. Реально работают, несмотря на таких скандальных людей. У них даже выработана, так называемая, проф деформация - они могут спокойно ответить на грубость со стороны, не падая до уровня ответчика. Я не увидела в ответах сотрудника почты ни грубости, ни хамства и прошу это учесть руководством на случай жалобы.

По мне так это лучшее отделение в городе. Особенно если сравнивать с 70-м отделением, там ужас. Огромное спасибо всем работникам 65-го отделения за их работу. Быстрое обслуживание, всегда вежливый персонал, работают все давно. Никогда не было никаких проблем. Всегда прихожу и ухожу с хорошим настроением. Даже сейчас, поменяла место жительства, но все равно заказываю все на это почтовое отделение и езжу только сюда.
