Доброе утро. Если вы заявляете на сайте, что работаете с 9.30 так уж будьте любезны работать, сегодня пришла в отделение 9.45, причём не одна уже была, сотрудники сказали, что работают с 10.00 и режим работы который на двери пишет с 10 но и так же пишет что в понедельник у них рабочий день, а по новому графику выходной. Так вот не вводите в заблуждение т. К мы тоже свое время планируем и если работаете с 10 ТО и на сайте пропишите.

2 недели не могу получить посылку - очереди огромные, просто нет времени несколько часов стоять, приезжал уже раз 5, все время одно и то же. Режим работы, даже смешно смотреть, совершенно неудобный. Кто работает до с 9 до 18 вообще в принципе попасть в это отделение не смогут. Сотрудники хорошие, вежливые, но руководство не в состоянии организовать работу - наказывать и гнать в шею таких руководителей.

В отделении обслуживает один оператор, сказали что второй в отпуске! Ещё и отделение работают не каждый день. В итоге простоял в очереди 50 минут. Когда уходил, очередь стала ещё больше. Причём к самим сотрудникам претензий нет, они стараются. Но вот тех кто управляет всем этим, давно пора выгнать!!
