Работники совершенно некомпетентны, отвечают на отшибись! Сидит себе в масочке и отвечает на отшибись! Особенно последний состав вновь принятых!, раньше еще ничего были, на сегодня-хуже,я думаю, прежде чем брать на работу ,-необходимо тестировать работников на знание законодательства, иных действующих положений, чтобы не мычать клиенту и не посылать его, не выводить на эмоции (не для кого не секрет , что бывают разные жизненные ситуации, болезненные) а дать компетентный ответ -почему?, а то получается и услугу оказать не смогла ( сотрудник С....( более не представилась)22.02.2021 г. 19.00-20.00), и ответить внятно почему?.... ощущение, что на лавочке сидела..и зашла...так...поработать, авось на небось..кроме того..очень медленно... Уволить!!!дальше больше будет! Уважаемая Почта России! - гоните таких, не позорьте свое доброе имя!!! Последнее время часто посещаю это отделение- электронная очередь не работает!, отпускают долго, либо хамят, либо вообще никак не реагируют на просьбы о разьяснении как поступить и почему, если не оказана услуга! Гоните!!! Я же в свою очередь оставляю за собой право на обращение в судебеые органы в связи с нарушением моих законных прав и интересов.

Очень небольшое помещение на выдачу посылок, бывают очереди, как повезёт. Работники почтового отделения, сколько раз там была, всегда без масок. сканер для штрих кодов посылок приложения не работает
