Персонал хамит и нервничает. Невозможно задать вопрос. Я впервые отправляла письмо, пыталась все разузнать, отвечали очень грубо и односложно. Благо, письмо отправили быстро.

Сегодня 21 октября 2020 года столкнулся с каким-то дебе....ом в этом отделении, чтобы отправит посылку нужно взять талон купить пакет и идти опять брать талончик чтоб отправит посылку ни в одном отделении такого не встречал. У меня всё

Когда уже тут наладится система с талонами?! Не вижу я что вы справляетесь с очередями. Да и когда уже ваше руководство поймет что вам надо сделать ремонт а то как будто я в конце 80х нахожусь

Вообще, к почте и с почтой у меня отношения нормальные. Конкретно это отделение: Пришла посылка. В приложении "ожидает на месте вручения", можете заказать курьера. Заказываю. Проходит туева туча времени - тишина. Звоню(с попытки так 20ой дозвонился). Спрашиваю. Говорят -у нас доставки курьером нет и не было. Уточняю - статус, "срок хранения истек" - у вас ещё? говорят: - "Нет". Так вот - в этом отделении я не был. Возможно там нормально все. Но после разговора, какое-то время сохранялось ощущение, что меня помоями облили из-за того, что я "кретин". Все понимаю, Всякое бывает. Поработайте над этим направлением. Спасибо.
