Оператор милая приветливая женщина, всё мне объяснила по правилам упаковки посылок, чтобы мне не пришлось переупаковывать, предложила разные варианты упаковки: пакеты, коробки, что сколько стоит, и сколько куда влезет. Нормальное отделение, маленькое, конечно, не рассчитано на выдачу посылок, но другие услуги есть, если живёшь рядом, достаточно удобно

В данный момент тут очень Хороший специалист работает , всё грамотно консультирует и помогает при отправке писем и посылок А так же помогает подобрать более выгодные тарифы для отправки Иногда даже удаётся тут получать посылки :) Хотя это не предусмотрено в данном филиале Вот что значит индивидуальный подход А вот в 74 отделении в студгородке всё наоборот ужасный сервис и ни какой человечности !
