Попросил девушку отправить письмо заказное первым классом. В отправке писем не шарит читала то что я ей написал. Мало того что сотрудница вела себя по хамски еще и письмо оформили обычным заказным когда четко сказали "1ым классом"

Сейчас хорошее расписание: с 8 до 20 в будни, в субботу с 9 до 18, что позволяет попасть на почту работающим в обычном графике и уменьшило очереди. Некоторые сотрудники очень медленные, как ленивцы в Зверополисе. В результате даже при очереди в несколько человек ожидание может затянуться до часа. Уведомления редко доходят до почтового ящика. Посылки с оплатой при получении оплатить можно только наличными + 2%. Сентябрь 2020. Почта меняется к лучшему. Теперь можно быстро получить оплаченные посылки с отметкой через телефон без заполнения квитанций. График удобный, очередей нет, вежливые сотрудники, сделан ремонт здания.

Очередь огромная, уже желания нет вообще зазазывать что то в интернете, чтоб потерять пол дня свободного времени на почте ожидая, пока все бабульки оплатят комуналку, нет организованности никакой,работники уставшие и не заинтересованные в работе. Все очень печально((((((

Сегодня 27.09.17 в 14.40 пришла за посылкой, очереди не было, когда подошла и постучалась в окно которое находится с торца этого здания, работник открыв и взяв уведомление стала кричать на меня , что все подходят и стучат .. я так и не поняла в чем я виновата , и всегда воспитано относилась к разным ситуациям была поражена хамским поведением. До сих пор в шоке от того какие бывают люди накричав на пустом месте на беременную женщину.
